- Delivery times are between 3 to 10 business days from date of order confirmation depending on your location within Australia
- Elbourne Wines does not deliver to International addresses. Please email us at: admin@elbournewines.com.au should you want to enquire about an overseas shipment
- Delivery charges flat rate $15 (up to 12 bottles) Australia wide. FREE delivery for online orders over 12 bottles.
- WARNING: cases of wine (6 or 12 bottles) can be heavy. Take all reasonable care when lifting a case of wine. Should you feel the case of wine is too heavy to lift, please remove individual bottle for an easy transfer
- In accordance with Australian law, it is illegal to supply alcohol to, or obtain alcohol on behalf of, persons under the age of 18. By using Elbourne Wines site you are confirming that you are over 18 years of age.
Returns & Refunds Policy
- Please contact our office 02 4998 6996 or admin@elbournewines.com.au as soon as possible if you have difficulty cancelling or changing your order in the Members portal.
- Proof of purchase is required to obtain a refund & the products must be returned to Elbourne Wines in their original condition for refund or exchange.
- Exchanges will be at the discretion of Elbourne Wines and delivery charges will be incurred for the return of any exchange or refunded product.
- If your order is faulty in any way, damaged during delivery, or breaches a consumer guarantee Elbourne Wines will refund your purchase price or exchange to the equivalent value upon presentation of proof of purchase. In this instance any delivery costs associated with this refund or exchange will be covered by Elbourne Wines.
